North of Eden is one of my favorite places on the Sapphire Coast! It's nestled in the beautiful foothills of Biamanga National Park. If you visit for a gin tasting or attend Gin School, you’ll experience firsthand the epic view from this award-winning distillery.

I spent a couple of days with Gavin, the head distiller and co-owner of NOE. This film provides a glimpse into Gav’s world of true artisanal craft, showcasing his passion and knowledge.
